1. Strict No Return & No Refund Policy
Being consumable food products, all sales are strictly final once an order is placed. Due to health, hygiene, and food safety standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Once a product has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be returned regardless of the reason.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified, as processing begins immediately upon order confirmation. We are unable to accept cancellation requests at any stage — before dispatch, during transit, or after delivery.
3. Why This Policy Exists
Ogan Millets products are consumable food items subject to strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations. To maintain the integrity and safety of our products for all customers, we are unable to accept any returns or process any refunds. We encourage you to review product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information carefully before placing your order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive a product that is visibly damaged in transit or an incorrect product was delivered, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographic evidence. Such cases will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Ogan Overseas. Raising a complaint does not guarantee a replacement or refund and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable food safety laws.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable Indian laws. If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, you may contact the appropriate consumer forum.
